Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase or your order may be subject to cancellation and item will be relisted unless other arrangements have been discussed.
Shipping: Your purchases will be shipped promptly, same or next day (except on Saturdays) and all purchases are shipped via USPS first class mail. If you need EXPIDITED shipping please email me, I am happy to work with you to see that your shipping needs are met.

Packaging: Your jewelry will always arrive in a lovely organza pouch ready for gifting or for you to open and enjoy!
Layaway: If you would like to put your jewelry on layaway, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me 571-331-6556 and we will work together to figure out a payment plan that works perfectly for you.
Returns: It's simple! I want you to be happy! If for some reason your jewelry isn't just exactly what you wanted, returns will be accepted within 7 days after your purchase. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you and exchanges or refunds will be made (less your return postage). ***Under normal use, jewelry lasts for years, but if for some reason your item needs repair, I will gladly repair it for free within 3 months of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. ***Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
